Rules, Policies, FAQ's

  • Check the WEATHER! Opening the park is always subject to the weather. Always check our website for weather relayed closings, especially if you are traveling from out of town. Also, Like! Us on Facebook for up to the minute updates.
  • Children under the age of (13) must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 or older. Our lifeguards are on duty to ensure safety and are not babysitters. If a child is found unattended, the authorities may be called.
  • Chairs are provided free of charge to anyone who is 48” or taller and paying for an adult ticket, if one is available, as we have a limited supply. Chairs are not available to anyone under 48” or wearing a red wristband. You are permitted to bring in a small standard size folding chair.
  • Tubes are provided free of charge for slides and are also available on a first come first served basis for the Lazy River. Blue tubes are for slide use only, and clear tubes are for the river use only. No tube may be held outside of the river or at your seat.
  • No Outside Food or Drink is allowed into the Water Park. However, we will allow one water bottle per person. All bags will be checked at admission.
  • No Alcohol is permitted in or on the Water Park grounds.
  • Inappropriate Behavior is Prohibited. Public Displays of Affection, foul language, rude conduct, or excessive horseplay will be a cause for ejection from the park without a refund.
  • Swim Diapers, with elastic leg bands, are required for all children ages 3 and under in the pool and surrounding areas. Swim Diapers are available for sale in our gift shop.
  • All Guests Must Purchase an Admission Ticket, or season pass, even if they are not swimming.
  • Parking is included in the price of admission.
  • This is a Smoke Free Facility. If you must smoke, please exit the park and smoke in the Smoking Zone at the West side of the Northeast Community Center. All violations are subject to a fine.
  • Lockers are available for rent and are encouraged to help ensure safekeeping for your belongings. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • All Lifeguards are trained in water rescue, CPR, and Emergency Medical Services.
  • Life Lasts, Swim Rings, and Puddle Jumpers are allowed in the Water Park. Life vests are available for use on a first come, first served basis.
  • Diving is not permitted in any area of the Park.
  • All Slides require you to go down feet first for your safety. Riders of our two larger slides must be 48″ or taller to ride. No red wristbands are allowed down the big slides.
  • Dress and Code of Conduct:
    • Required: Traditional swimwear on all attractions and anywhere in the Water Park. We promote a safe and enjoyable Family friendly environment.
    • Prohibited: Long pants, shorts, or cutoffs, or swimwear with rivets or belts. Also, T-shirts and other loose-fitting clothing may not be worn on the slides.
  • Changes in Operating Hours, Days and Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • In the event the Park closes, a Rain Check will be issued if you have been here for less than 3 Hours. You must have your receipt to receive the Rain Check.
  • A Valid ID must be presented in order to receive the Town and County Rates.
  • All Discounts, Coupons, and Specials must be presented at the time of purchase.
  • All Persons use the Park at their own risk.
